This policy explains how we deliver pre-orders placed on zorawar.co. The Potent is a new product, and we are preparing our first batch, so we explain the process clearly rather than promise dates we cannot be sure of.
1. Order confirmation
After you pre-order, we call you to confirm your order and delivery details. During that call we also confirm whether we can deliver to your address, the expected delivery date and the delivery charges.
2. Where we deliver
We confirm whether your pincode and address can be served when we call you. If we cannot deliver to your location, we will tell you and the pre-order will be cancelled at no cost to you.
3. Delivery times
Delivery depends on when your pre-order is fulfilled from our first batch and on your location. We will tell you the expected delivery date when we confirm your order, and we will email you as soon as the batch is ready. Dates are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather, courier delays or public holidays.
4. Delivery charges
Any delivery charge is told to you, together with the final price, before you pay. There are no hidden charges added afterwards.
5. Packaging
Bottles are glass, so we pack them carefully to protect them in transit. Please check the packaging when you receive your order. If anything is damaged, follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy and contact us promptly with photos.
6. Failed or missed deliveries
Please make sure your phone number and address are correct, and that someone can receive the parcel. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because nobody could be reached, we will contact you to arrange another attempt, which may involve an extra delivery charge.
7. Ownership and risk
Ownership of the products passes to you on delivery. We are responsible for the products until they are delivered to you.
